Orders, Shipping & Delivery During the COVID-19 Pandemic:At BeeMission.com, we know how important it is that shipping is carried out in a timely manner. Follow this page for continuous updates and information about items, orders, shipping policies and procedures.
Item Availability & Order Status:
As COVID-19 spreads, we see an increase in people shopping online. We’re working to re-stock products and fulfill orders as quickly as possible but delivery times may be longer than usual.
Due to burdens on global shipping and delivery operations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience temporarily out-of-stock and cancelled items, or delays in processing and shipping of your order. Once shipped, delivery can take up to 5-7 business days (within contiguous U.S.), depending on shipping method and location.
Inventory fluctuations make it difficult to accurately determine product availability at this time.
We are temporarily unable to ship orders to the following countries at this time: Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Republic of the Congo, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds: Policy Updates
At this time we are temporarily unable to accept returns, in an effort to protect the safety of workers at the fulfillment center.
Do not use shipping addresses for buildings that may be closed now, like schools and many businesses that have been deemed non-essential and are closed.
We have temporarily suspended replacements due to limited inventory and shipping delays.
Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team.
