Hey there! It has come to our attention that orders shipped January 2, 2019 or before are not always trackable. If you get an error message with your tracking number, please use the tracking number you were emailed and track your shipment using global tracking site ParcelsApp.
Please note products are sourced globally, and can ship from fulfillment warehouses all over the globe. Depending on where your items are originating from, it may take up to 7 days before your tracking number becomes active from the time of shipment.
We do not always offer tracking on our free products as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer instead of the warehouse. We are aware of the products location however, so if you'd like an update manually, send us an Email and we'll be happy to assist :)
