GLOBAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC - IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION
COVID-19 is having a tremendous impact on our daily lives. One of the issues impacted heavily is air travel. This impact global shipping as commercial aviation is one of the largest fulfillment methods for packages.
All online merchants (including Bee Mission) are currently affected by this pandemic, and experiencing shipping times extend beyond our control.
Some orders are still being delivered within a few business days, while other orders are experiencing delays of 30 days or more.
Further impacting Bee Mission are stay at home orders in 2 of the 3 jurisdictions from which we fulfill product. This means 2 of our warehouses are in cities where local officials have required the closure of warehousing as non-essential businesses.
We are working hard to move inventory to our primary warehouse which is not affected by any restrictions, but delivery times are still affected,
We are all being impacted by COVID-19 in our daily lives, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to deliver your orders.
As always, any orders that may get lost during shipping will replaced for you at our cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International Shipping - Customer acknowledges that most orders placed on BeeMission.com originate from USA, and may experience longer than usual transit times. Customer further acknowledges that ordering from BeeMission.com may result in customs fees and customer agrees to accept the package(s) containing their order and remit to their local customs authorities all fees, penalties, etc. that may occur as a result by customer's election to order products listed for sale on BeeMission.com.
Customs - Customer agrees that it is unreasonable for BeeMission.com to know important and customs policies for countries other than USA, and customer represents by placing an order on BeeMission.com that customer understands their country's policies on receiving goods from USA, and is prepared to complete the import process, including accepting the package and paying any applicable customs fees associated with customer's order. Customer also acknowledges that BeeMission.com will not create fraudulent import papers on behalf of customer to assist customer in avoiding any import fees they may be responsible for.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION/OFFER
Free Shipping Offers - including the offer for orders over $50 - apply to your merchandise total at the time of first checkout. Any non-merchandise line items included in your order, including shipping costs, taxes, or exclusive post purchase offers you may presented and subsequently accept after the initial checkout, are not eligible to qualify toward the $50 purchase requirement.
Free Shipping Offers - including the offer for orders over $50 - apply to most regular-priced and most sale-priced items, but excludes items where the price is discounted 75% or more from the original "Strike Through Price", and items priced at $0.00 (even when included in orders with regularly priced items).
Upon completed checkout, orders are automatically submitted for Fulfillment in real time.
In most cases once orders are submitted to our fulfillment partners they cannot be cancelled or modified. For more information, read the Cancellations section of our Return and Refund Policy.
Once orders have shipped, transit times vary by your location, and the origination location of the items you order. Most USA orders are delivered within 3-8 business days. Most orders shipped outside the USA are delivered within 6 to 14 business days. In some rare circumstances orders may take longer to arrive.
Many items ship same day or by the following business day. As we source and offer unique products from all over the world, processing time for some items can be from 1 to 5 business days. Processing times can vary by product, as we utilize multiple fulfillment partners (in the USA and Europe) to ship to you on our behalf, and set their own processing times between when we submit the order for fulfillment (usually the same day your order is received), and when they ship the product.
Virtually all orders are shipped with tracking included. Exceptions may include that your delivery location does not support end-to-end tracking through our available carrier options.
Orders that originate from our USA Fulfillment Partners have tracking that becomes available within 24 hours of shipment.
Orders that originate from Fulfillment Partners outside the USA have tracking numbers that may take a few Business Days to become trackable.
This does not mean the item is not in transit.
It means the local postal service from the country of origin has not updated global tracking records yet.
Once your order tracking activates, you will see all earlier records, and new records will update daily.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY OPTION
Our Tracking Confirmed Delivery or we Ship a Free Replacement Shipping Option guarantees your shipment will be delivered, with confirmed delivery by tracking, or we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. This is not automated, and requires you to contact us through our Help Desk.
The process to claim your free replacement is simple:
- Track your order through the tracking number sent to you via email when your order shipped, or by using your email address and order number;
- If during the shipment process, the package is not confirmed delivered -and- the most recent scan on your tracking number is more than 20 days old;
- Submit a ticket through our Help Desk;
- We will process a replacement shipment of the same item(s) at no additional cost to you;
- If you end up receiving the original shipment and the replacement package, you may keep them both.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION
Customers in the USA are eligible to have their jewelry items shipped via FedEx expedited 2-Day delivery. This offer is only available to customers with a shipping address located within the 48 Contiguous States + Alaska & Hawai'i. The expedited shipping option is subject to an order processing period 1 business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday (Pacific Time Zone) may not be fully processed and transferred to FedEx until the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders are not processed on Nationally Recognized Holidays. Non-jewelry items, such as apparel, are not eligible for expedited 2-Day Shipping. Orders containing jewelry and other types of merchandise will be shipped separately, with jewelry items being delivered via FedEx, and other items being shipped via our standard shipping method.
