Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Bee Mission Services, including but not limited to the Free-Bee Club and Bee Saver subscription-based membership plans.
--> NOTICE OF UPDATES TO THIS BEE MISSION SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* The purpose of the updates is to redefine and more clearly explain how the Subscription Service operates, and to transparently set your (customer) your expectations of what to expect from the service.
* Please review these Bee Mission Services Terms and Conditions.
* YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE BEGINNING ON MARCH 15, 2020 WILL INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR UPDATED RETURN POLICY.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL AFFECT ANY NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT APPLY TO YOU.
The first 30 days is free for new members.* If you choose to remain a member of Bee Mission, you'll be billed once a month on the date that you originally signed up.
You can manage your subscription anytime from your Account page, which is directly linked in your welcome and confirmation emails.
*Free trial duration and availability may vary by region.
PAYMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
By starting Subscription Services, you authorize us and any of our authorized third party payment processors or third-party distributors, as applicable, to charge you the fees for your subscription at the then-current rate (the “Subscription Fees”), and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Bee Mission Services, to the payment method you provide during registration of the Subscription Service (or to a different payment method if you change your account information). You permit our authorized payment processors or distributors, or service providers on their behalf, to store information as needed to facilitate billing and payment.
We (or our authorized payment processors or distributors) will bill you the Subscription Fee for each billing period described when you purchase a subscription ("Billing Period"), unless and until you cancel your subscription. We (or our authorized payment processors or distributors) will automatically bill your stored Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the beginning of each of your Billing Periods.
If you change your Payment Method, this could result in changing the calendar day upon which you are billed for each Billing Period. If your paid subscription begins on a day not contained in a given month, and your Billing Period is every month, your Payment Method will be billed on the last day of such month. For example, if your paid Bee Mission Services subscription starts on March 31st, your next payment date is April 30th, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date.
Please note that you may be offered a promotional price, such as a trial subscription, that is available for the length of time disclosed on your offer. In the event that a promotional offer expires for your Subscription, you authorize us (or our authorized payment processors or distributors) to charge your Payment Method for an increased amount, pursuant to the terms of such promotional offer disclosed to you when you accepted such promotional price. The total cost of your subscription will include applicable taxes that are not accounted for in the subscription price. If you want to change or update your Payment Method, visit the Manage Subscription (or similar) links provided in your Welcome or Confirmation email(s). If your payment method expires and you do not update or change your payment method or cancel your Subscription, you authorize us (or our authorized payment processors or distributors) to continue billing your Payment Method, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Your subscription to the Bee Mission Services automatically renews unless the subscription is terminated, as described in the Termination Section contained herein. By subscribing to the Bee Mission Services, you agree to and authorize Bee Mission and/or third party platforms or providers to charge you for the subscription fee at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Bee Mission Services, to the then-current payment method on file with Bee Mission or such third party platform or provider, as applicable. Your payment method will be charged within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the then-current rate.
Once you have subscribed to the Bee Mission Services, you will receive an auto-generated email confirming your subscription.
TERMINATION
Termination of Use of Bee Mission Subscription Services
You may terminate your subscription or registration for Bee Mission Subscription Services at any time, for any reason by visiting the confirmation email you received and clicking through to "Manage Subscription" (or similar). However, be advised WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-BILLING PERIOD OR PARTIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS THROUGH THE BEEMISSION.COM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, unless required by law. If you experience any issues canceling, please Submit a Ticket to our Help Desk and we'll be happy to assist you
We may terminate or restrict your use of or registration to the Bee Mission Services at any time, without compensation or notice, at our sole discretion, if you are in violation of these Terms of Use or are engaged in any illegal or unauthorized use of the Bee Mission Services.
Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that we shall have no other liability to you in respect of such termination. Even after your subscription or registration is terminated, to the extent necessary for us to enforce our legal rights, your obligations under these Terms of Use shall remain in effect.
At any time, in our sole discretion, we may choose to provide refunds, discounts, or other consideration (“credits”) to some or all of our Users. If we choose to provide credits at a particular time, it will not obligate us to provide credits to you or others at any point in the future unless required by law.
OFFER OF SERVICES
You acknowledge that Bee Mission Subscription Services may include specially priced items, and further acknowledge that these promotional offers include deeply discounted (75% or more below the manufacturer's suggested retail price) products and products priced at $0.00 + a shipping & handling fee.
You acknowledge these offers are made possible through partnerships with suppliers in the various countries of manufacture of the item(s) offered.
These products are offered on a limited basis, while supplies last, and we reserve the right to terminate these offers at any time, without cause or notice.
You acknowledge that Bee Mission is able to offer these deeply discounted products, and products priced at $0.00 + a shipping & handling fee because the item(s) ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier in the country of origin. This direct shipping option dramatically reduces our import, storage, fulfillment and related costs.
You acknowledge these items are subject to extended average processing times of 4 - 8 business days because they are shipped in batches once or twice per week, followed by potential extended delivery times of 6 - 14+ business days for US orders, and 10 - 30+ business days for non-US orders, and in very rare occurrences (such as with the global COVID-19 pandemic), may take 8 weeks or longer for delivery. We make every attempt to ship these items with tracking and delivery confirmation, but cannot guarantee this service for every package.
You acknowledge that these relationships and negotiated rates create a manufacture-direct structure which allows us to provide these special offers to you. Slightly longer processing and shipping times are in our estimation a fair result to gain access to the type of promotions you will gain access to.
All purchases of physical items made on Bee Mission are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you when we, our suppliers or our fulfillment partners deliver your package to the carrier.
To mitigate this risk for you, we offer during checkout for most products, an insured shipping & handling option, whereby we will replace any item not confirmed delivered within 30 days of the last registered scan on the items tracking number issued at the time of shipment (or modified by the carrier). In the event we do not offer this option to you, or you decline this option, you bear the risk of loss and title for such items as described in the preceding paragraph.
In an effort to lower global carbon emissions, we have arranged for most items to be shipped in the same package from the country of origin, to avoid multiple packages.In the event of separate packaging, you will be issued separate tracking details when available.
Due to additional complexities in fulfillment processes for the specially priced offers, we are unable to cancel or modify orders containing Deeply Discounted items and items that are priced at $0.00 + Shipping and Handling.
