SHIPPING & TRACKING

  • How Long Are Shipping Times?

    We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 4-8 Business days, however in some cases it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery, this mostly applies to our free product giveaways as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer, a fair trade off for a free product :)

  • Do You Offer Order Tracking?

    We offer tracking on all of our orders, if for some reason your order tracking is unavailable please contact our helpdesk HERE and we will help you out!
    Please Note: It may take up to 7 days before a tracking code becomes active!

  • How Can I Track My Order?

  • When Will You Ship My Order?

    All orders are generally processed and shipped the same day the order was placed or within 24 hours. However in some instances there may be a delay of 1-2 Days. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 4-8 business days, however in some rare cases it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

  • I Submitted The Wrong Address

    Mistakes happen! Please contact our Help Desk as soon as possible HERE and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

  • Do You Ship World Wide?

    For World Wide shipping, we have various warehouses around the World. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • My Order Arrived Broken Or Damaged!

    Woops, sorry about that! Unfortunately shipping can get a little rough somtimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Please contact our Help Desk HERE and provide us your order name, number or email and we'll be happy to help you out!

  • Why Am I Missing Items?

    Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know! If you have any concerns about your order please contact our Help Desk HERE :)

  • When Will You Ship My Order?

  • My Order Never Arrived!

    Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. Please contact our Help Desk HERE and provide us with your order name, number or email and we'll be happy to help you out!

  • Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card On This Website?

    We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!

  • Are you a charity?

    No, we are not a charity. We are a purpose-driven business, a company with a conscience. Our passion for bees led us to create a bee-centered business and we financially support organizations that are qualified to help bees and are active on the front lines. As such, we do not directly accept donations, but plan to use our platform to inform the public about worthy organizations doing good works that need our support. We also want to give a voice to some small beekeepers around the world that we feel are maginalized and misrepresented. Becoming a 501(c)(3) non-profit is a time consuming and costly endeavor, and our focus now is to build up the website and community so we can explore all options as to how we can best serve the global bee community.
