When will my order ship?
Normal processing time is 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on delivery location.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee, currently $4.99. Subject to change.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we have shipping options currently for Canada, New Zealand, and Australia with Europe and the UK in the works.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order you may do so before it is shipped by emailing us. Once it has shipped, however, we are unable to cancel the order.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Oh no! We are human and sometimes make mistakes. Just send us an email and we'll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Happy to! Just send us an email and return the product and we'll gladly send you a new one!

How do I return my product?
After you have emailed us regarding your return we will provide you with a US-based mailing address to mail the product to.
How do I care for my product?
Our jewelry items are made from gold, sterling silver or stainless steel. We recommend keeping the pieces in the bag/box it was presented to you in and cleaning it periodically with a jewelry-safe cleaner.
Do you offer awarranty?
We promise you'll love your item as much as we do or we'll replace or refund your purchase as long as you return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
